We use a trusted courier company as our third-party delivery partner to ship all orders.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Once your order is processed:

1. If you’ve provided an email or signed in, you will receive a Purchase Order Number via email.

2. Otherwise, your Order Number will serve as your tracking number.

1. Standard items: Delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan.

2. Special items: Delivery may take 10–15 business days, and in rare cases, up to 20 days.

We offer flexible payment methods:

# Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. Free Delivery on orders of Rs. 2,000 or above (within Pakistan)

2. For Orders below Rs. 2,000 charges will be Rs. 200

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. If there are any issues, we’ll contact you right away.

3. Your tracking number will be provided after the order is confirmed.
